2021 Shiraz

A wonderfully soft and plush Shiraz. Medium bodied with fine, silky tannins, this vintage favours restraint and champions the fruit. Notes of Plum, cherries and a hint of mocha this wine will mature beautifully over the next few years for those that want to see some more of those secondary characteristics support the excellent fruit quality.
